Certification

 Vapor products and consumable products must be certified before they can be sold in North Carolina. Use this form to request that your products be certified, to certify additional products, to renew, or to make ad hoc changes. There is an initial fee of $2,000 to certify products.

Vapor and Consumable Products Compliance Referral

This form allows members of the public to report the prohibited retail sale of vapor or consumable products in violation of G.S. 143B-245.13.
