The NCDOR Publishes Updated Sales and Use Tax Bulletins

The N.C. Department of Revenue has published updated Sales and Use Tax Bulletins based on the law in effect as of Jan. 1, 2020. The updated bulletins supersede any bulletins published prior to Jan. 1, 2020.

Review the Sales and Use Tax Bulletins.  

Review the updated Bulletins for other taxes and items administered by the Sales and Use Tax Division:

• 911 Service Charge for Prepaid Wireless Telecommunications Service
• White Goods Disposal Tax
• Solid Waste Disposal Tax
• Alternate Highway Use Tax
• Scrap Tire Disposal Tax
• Dry-Cleaning Solvent Tax
