Fayetteville Businessman Charged with State Tax Offenses

RALEIGH – A Fayetteville businessman was arrested Friday on state tax charges filed by the North Carolina Department of Revenue.

Harrison Alexander Hall, 35, of 4350 Ferncreek Drive, Fayetteville, was charged on February 3, 2017 with six counts of Willful Failure to File Return, Supply Information, or Pay Tax.

Arrest warrants allege that Hall was required to file North Carolina Individual Income Tax Returns for tax years 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015, but willfully failed to file the returns with the North Carolina Department of Revenue. Hall is the owner of Unlimited Plus, LLC / Computers Unlimited Plus in Fayetteville.

Hall appeared before a Wake County magistrate and was placed under a $5,000.00 secured bond. A first appearance is scheduled for March 1, 2017 in Wake County District Court in Raleigh.

The charges against Hall resulted from an investigation by a special agent with the Department’s Criminal Investigations Section in Raleigh.
