Participants will receive instructions on how to file and when to file a withholding tax return in addition to learning about the basics of state withholding taxes, how to register for an account in order to remit withholding tax, and when State withholding is required for employees and other types of compensation.

The webinar will cover purchases and sales in general by nonprofits, how to apply for a sales and use tax account ID, if necessary, as well as how to apply for a sales and use tax refund account ID if you are a qualifying nonprofit (reference G.S. 105-164.14(b) for more information about this tax law).
