North Carolina Form E-595E, Streamlined Sales and Use Tax Agreement Certificate of Exemption, is to be used for purchases for resale or other exempt purchases. With certain limited exceptions, the Streamlined Sales and Use Tax Agreement Certificate of Exemption and Form E-595E require either a sales and use tax registration number or an exemption number.
