Participating agencies include the Small Business Administration (SBA), the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), the North Carolina Department of Revenue (NCDOR), Economic Development Partnership of North Carolina (EDPNC) and the Small Business Center Network (SNCN).

The seminar will cover purchases and sales in general by nonprofits, how to apply for a sales and use tax account ID, if necessary, as well as how to apply for a sales and use tax refund account ID if you are a qualifying nonprofit (reference G.S. 105-164.14(b) for more information about this tax law).
