This seminar will help qualifying nonprofits better understand the proper procedure for requesting a sales and use tax refund (reference G.S. 105-164.14(b) for more information about this tax law). Participants will focus on the process for completing the Nonprofit and Governmental Entity Claim for Refund of State and County Sales and Use Taxes.
