NC-NBN Nonresident Business Notification

Form NC-NBN is used by a nonresident business engaged in disaster-related work to provide notification to the Department within 90 days of the date it concludes its work. Schedule NEI Nonresident Employee Information Schedule may be used if additional space is needed.
