The Billboard Structures Valuation Guide is a guide for the mass appraisal of billboards.

We are enclosing a summary of the significant local government legislation (having state-wide application) enacted by the 2013 Session of the North Carolina General Assembly. Senate Bill 490 passed the 2013 session of the General Assembly. This bill excludes customized software from property tax by adding the phrase below to G.S.. 105-275(40).
